Hi! I'm currently looking for someone to sublease my private room/bathroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in San Luis Obispo. The house is very close to Cal Poly Campus or Downtown.

Rent: $1350/month (willing to negotiate down to $1000)

Parking: Driveway/free street parking

I am looking for someone to move in mid-November, but I am flexible on the date!
