We've had this printer for 4 years now, working perfectly. It's clean and has lots of spare parts, manuals everything you need. This is not for a beginner, the printer has lots of extra features most 3D printers don't. You should be familiar with Cura. It will take a few steps to set up online and in your home/office. Uses 2.85 mm filament. I've only used PLA with this printer.
