As a Seasonal Holiday-Gift Store Sales Associate, you’ll help customers in the Mall find the right products and keep merchandise moving smoothly from the store to shelves. You’ll combine attentive customer service, practical product guidance and handling practices to build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
Explain pricing clearly, complete sales, and identify appropriate opportunities for upselling.
Maintain merchandise displays and support store merchandising and organization.
Load and unload products using safe lifting practices, including when heavy lifting is required. Your impact: Clear guidance and dependable delivery help customers make informed purchases and receive their orders safely.
Checkout using POS system and collect payments.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, including clear client communication, customer relationship building, and a customer-focused approach to service and sales.
Retail store experience is helpful; experience with pricing, merchandising, or upselling is also valued.
Basic math skills to handle pricing and routine calculations; sound organizational skills to manage customer needs and delivery details.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting, and consistently use safe lifting practices.
