Professional up to code installation of a standard gas water heater for includes removal and disposal of old unit, new water supply lines and all necessary installation fittings. Existing seismic strapping & gas lines can be reused if it is code-compliant and in good condition. If new strapping or additional code-required upgrades are needed, they will be quoted separately. All installations are tested for proper operation, and the work area is cleaned before completion.
