New (not refurbished), never insalled, including 3-in-1 portable AC, remote control and manual (original box was trashed). Originally bought for my home use but then decided to install a central AC, so it has been sitting in garage for a couple of years. Asking $150 obo. Walmart has refurbished one for sale for $500.
