1. Can you start/finish the deck and shed assembly in the same day? How soon can your start?
2. Are you comfortable moving lumber, hardware, pavers and/or shed components from the driveway to and around the backyard?
3. Do you have your own tools/equipment needed for deck and shed assembly (such as laser level, saw to cut to fit pressure treated plywood, 2x4 or 2x6 or drill for screws or bolts)?
4. Have you installed adjustable deck support pedestals before? How do you get a floating deck level and stable?
5. Have you assembled Duramax or similar vinyl sheds? Though brand new what do you do if a part does not fit or is missing and still complete the shed in a day? How do you ensure the shed panels and doors are correctly aligned and doors open/close smoothly?
6. Can you share photos or references from similar projects you have completed?
7. Are you comfortable working outside in warm weather for several hours? How do you prefer to communicate during the job? Face to face or text/email?
8. Our budget is $750. Will your rate include you doing this work alone or bringing a helper with you?
