💰 HOW OUR PAY WORKS (The P4P Model):
• Guaranteed $22.00/hr Base Wage Floor (You never earn less than this!)
• 35% – 40% P4P Job Commission per completed house
• YOU ALWAYS GET PAID WHICHEVER TOTAL IS HIGHER EVERY WEEK!
• Efficient, detail-oriented cleaners regularly clear $1,000 to $1,300+ per week ($28–$35+/hr effective rate).
✨ WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR YOU (Zero Out-Of-Pocket Costs):
✔ 100% Supplies & Equipment Provided (Vacuums, microfiber cloths, solutions, caddies)
✔ California Mileage Reimbursement (Get paid per mile driven between job sites)
✔ W-2 Payroll Protections (We pay half your payroll taxes & cover Workers' Comp insurance)
✔ Reliable Full-Time Schedule (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

📋 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform residential house cleans (Standard, Deep Cleans, and Move-In/Move-Outs).
• Work solo or in 2-person teams using our structured Zone Cleaning System.
• Clock in/out on site using our easy mobile GPS app (logging mandatory CA breaks).
• Deliver 5-star quality and exceptional customer service.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:

1. Valid California Driver’s License and an insured, reliable personal vehicle (Mandatory).
2. 1+ years of paid professional house cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience (Preferred).
3. Must own a working smartphone (for time tracking and job navigation apps).
4. Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
5. Must pass a standard background check.
6. Authorized to work in the United States.
