STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING
In-home residential support: $100 for the first 90 minutes; $30 for each additional 30 minutes.
Remote support: $45/hour, with a 30-minute minimum when remote assistance is suitable.
Small-business IT support: $70/hour, with a one-hour minimum.
Hardware, parts, and paid software are extra. I will explain the expected cost before starting additional work. No unnecessary purchases or upgrades without your approval.
