Min 3yrs experience Operator
Job Description
Setup and operate CNC Milling vertical/horizontal machines (3-5 axis)
Tool change/offsets/work offsets
MUST know how to set up tool and fixture
Strong understanding of blue prints
Be able to measure parts using calipers/micrometers/dowel pins/high gauge
Ability to work in a fast-paced
Be able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to prioritize jobs based on schedules
Manage multiple machines when cycle times allow.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must maintain machinery and surrounding area clean and safe
