We are accepting applications for our beautiful upcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments now! Applications are available for pick up anytime outside at our leasing office door. All applications submitted MUST be thoroughly completed and signed by all household members 18 years of age and older.
There is NO APPLICATION FEE required unless you are contacted to apply. Completed applications that are emailed or faxed to Oak Tree will NOT be accepted. Applications (submitted via mail or dropped off in the office drop box) will NOT be accepted if not thoroughly completed and signed.
In order to qualify for the affordable housing, households will have to income qualify in addition to qualifying under all applicable qualification criteria for the property.
