The person who has done this for a number of year is away on medical leave but available for consultation.
The project consists of
- Going to 4 computers where cataloguers work and exporting the new inventory from Filemaker to a flash drive.
- Putting all the new images on the same flash drive.
- Go to the main computer and add the new inventory to the main Filemaker database.
- Upload the updated inventory and new images to the websites.
- We use File Zilla and Fetch for the uploads.
Takes about 3-4 hours. Must do this on-site.
Required skills:
- Experience with Filemaker
- Experience with uploading data and images to websites.
