* Supervise and inspect commercial cleaning locations.
* Ensure cleaning crews complete their assigned duties.
* Perform quality control inspections.
* Communicate with employees and management.
* Handle cleaning issues and customer concerns.
* Assist cleaning teams when necessary.
* Travel between different job sites.
* Ensure all locations meet company cleaning standards.
Requirements:
* Previous janitorial or cleaning supervision experience.
* Must understand and speak at least 50% English.
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
* Must have a working cellphone.
* Responsible, organized, and punctual.
* Ability to manage and supervise cleaning crews.
* Available for occasional weekend work.
* Immediate availability preferred.
