Dylan’s Tours is hiring a Tour Guide + Content Creator
We’re looking for someone who can make visitors fall in love with San Francisco twice: once on the tour, and again when they see the video afterward.
You’ll guide guests through the city and Bay Area, share the stories that make each stop memorable, and capture the moments and questions that turn into great short videos. One day you might be showing guests your favorite Golden Gate Bridge viewpoint. The next, you’re making a reel that answers what everyone wants to know before visiting Alcatraz.
What you’ll do
Lead lively, welcoming tours and help guests have an excellent day.
Film and create short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Turn real guest questions, local tips, and tour moments into useful content.
Be comfortable speaking to both a full vehicle and a camera.
Work with our team on ideas, filming, and posting.
You’d be a great fit if you:
Know San Francisco well and love showing it to people.
Can tell a story without sounding like you memorized a script.
Have examples of videos you’ve made, even if they’re for your own account.
Are reliable, warm, quick on your feet, and comfortable with visitors from around the world.
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Tour driving requirements depend on the vehicle and assignment.
This is a role for someone who wants to do the experience and tell the story, not just watch tours from behind a screen.
Pay: $300+ per tour + tips ($100+ per tour)
