Sutter Mansion is a 12-room boutique hotel in a restored Victorian on Sutter Street. We're small, calm and well kept, and we're looking for one person to own our laundry and linens.
Why this gig is a good one
• $22/hour, above SF minimum
• Steady 5-hour afternoon shifts, same schedule each week, not on-call
• Quiet work space, no guest-facing pressure
• Small, friendly team that treats people well
• Good chance this becomes a regular ongoing position
What you'd do
• Wash, dry, iron and fold sheets, towels, robes and table linens
• Keep the linen room stocked and organized
• Spot-treat stains and flag anything that needs repair
You'd be a good fit if you
• Have laundry and ironing experience (hotel, spa, cleaners or similar is a plus)
• Take pride in doing it right every time
• Are reliable and comfortable working on your own
• Speak English well enough to follow care labels and coordinate with housekeeping
• Can lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet during the shift
Schedule: About 5 hours a day, preferably starting around 2pm. Flexible on timing for the right person.
