About the Opportunity
Location: San Francisco / Peninsula – Hybrid
Schedule: Flexible, approximately 4–8 hours per week, with occasional additional projects
I’m looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to help with content creation, social media, and occasional personal assistant tasks.
I’m in the early stages of building a personal brand focused on lifestyle, storytelling, career, personal growth, and everyday experiences.
This is something I’m developing alongside my full-time career and family life, so I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys the creative process, brings fresh ideas, and can help turn everyday moments into engaging content.
I’d love to find someone who wants to be involved from the beginning and grow with the project as it develops.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Capturing photos and videos for social media
• Editing short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks
• Brainstorming content ideas and creative storytelling
• Helping organize content calendars and schedule posts
• Occasionally joining outings, events, or activities to capture content
• Assisting with light personal and creative administrative tasks
• Researching potential collaborations, events, and opportunities
• Helping keep projects organized and moving forward
Who Would Be a Great Fit?
I’m not necessarily looking for someone with years of professional experience. Creativity, reliability, and a willingness to learn are much more important to me.
Ideally, you’re someone who:
• Enjoys social media, photography, and content creation
• Has a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Is comfortable taking initiative and suggesting ideas
• Is organized, dependable, and communicates well
• Can work independently without needing constant direction
• Enjoys a flexible, collaborative environment
Students, aspiring content creators, photographers, and individuals looking to build their portfolios are welcome to apply.
Schedule & Working Together
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, initially around 4–8 hours weekly, with the possibility of additional hours depending on projects, events, and scheduling.
Some work can be done remotely, while other projects will involve meeting in person around San Francisco and the Peninsula.
I’d like to keep things collaborative, organized, and straightforward, with clear expectations around projects, schedules, and payments.
As the project develops, there may be opportunities to take on additional creative responsibilities.
Compensation will be discussed based on experience, availability, and the scope of work, with a simple, organized system for tracking hours, projects, and payments.
