I’m looking for one roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Downtown San Diego. The room is ideally available starting October 1st, but the move-in date can be flexible if you need something a little earlier or later.
The room comes furnished with a bed and has its own closet. The bathroom is technically the guest bathroom, but it would essentially be your private bathroom, since I have my own bathroom inside my bedroom.
The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The building also has some great amenities, including a resort-style pool, 24/7 gym, sauna, outdoor grilling areas, resident lounges, and business/coworking spaces.
Rent is $1,900/month, with utilities and Wi-Fi included.
If you have a car, parking is available in the parking garage next door for around $100–$150/month, depending on the parking option. Parking is paid separately directly to the garage and is not included in the rent.
A little about me: I’m a guy in my late 20s, in the military, and pretty easygoing. I recently moved to San Diego, so I’m still exploring the city, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and finding new things to do.
I’m looking for someone who’s chill, respectful, responsible, and clean, especially someone who cleans up after themselves and is easy to share a space with. The room is for one person only, and unfortunately, no pets.
