I'm looking for the right opportunity with a Sacramento-area company that could benefit from someone unusually versatile.
I have a strong background in technical support, customer service, operations, WordPress, troubleshooting, and working directly with software developers. More recently, I've spent substantial time using modern AI-assisted development to build real custom software and scalable business systems.
One of my strongest capabilities is custom WordPress development.
I can build custom WordPress plugins and themes around actual business needs — not just install templates and off-the-shelf plugins.
That could mean:

It took me only 90 days to rebuild their entire site with 55 different pages all custom tailored to solving different niche issues. I solved their Google Ads policy violations and secured their site from future easy hacks. I got their average clicks to high converting keywords for less than $2.10 a click on average (they started getting more calls than the techs they had could even handle)...
I helped them stop paying $200/mo for an outdated crm service and custom built one from scratch tailored to their exact needs and operations (including direct integrations with google ppc, lsa, quickbooks). It also included an integration to a company wide messaging system that I put in place since they had no office communication other than by hand.
The owner had general login issues with passwords and I made the system so easy all he had to do was scan a qr code to have secure access to the new system.
