Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to restaurant standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment
Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in kitchen assistance
Knowledge of food handling and kitchen sanitation
Basic cooking skills such as use of deep fryer/commercial stove.
Strong time management and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and effective communication
Familiarity with health and safety compliance
