Retired coupler looking for garage apartment or privet residence (San Antonio)

Two retired individuals, husband and wife are looking for a garage apartment or similar privet residence to move to. Recently lived in our own RV but due to mobility issues and the number of steps inside the RV this was no longer acceptable and a fall hazard. Need single level with no steps/stairs. One maybe two at entrance is acceptable but no others. Looking for long term if possible and any part of town is ok. So long as it's clean and safe we would consider it. Would like to keep it in our budget which may vary depending on if bills are paid or not: $800/month.
