Employed with great credentials and rental history (including single family homes), no kids, no drama, non-smoker- just need a clean, large rental that feels like home. Garage or barn is needed to store 1 classic car. My daily driver can park outside.
Single tenant looking for a large separate/private rental- No multi-unit apartment buildings please, need either a single family, large cottage or detached in-law apt, not just a room. A duplex w/ garage could work too.
No apartment/condo/townhouses, unless it's a detached unit. Anything between 700-1800 square feet could work for me. I'll consider anywhere in the state of NH (ideally, south of the White Mountains)- that closely matches my description.
