Coordinate vendors, budgets, logistics, and multi-party approvals to hit fiscal and compliance deadlines
Translate complicated policy and requirements into clear, repeatable processes staff can actually follow
Anticipate risk and plan for workload spikes before they become problems
Snapshot of my experience:
Currently an Analyst II managing four regulated programs — training compliance, telework, asset management, and out-of-state travel — for a 200-person division. I designed a multi-system tracking process that raised training compliance to ~93%, and I've passed state asset and CalHR reviews with zero audit findings. I also coordinate multi-traveler travel packets (quotes, costing sheets, approvals) end to end. Earlier roles include high-volume loan servicing and complex claims work, both at 99%+ accuracy, plus board-level program and governance experience with a nonprofit.
