Quiet Professional Couple Looking for Our Next Home — Studio/ADU/Cottage, Sept 1
Hi there! We’re a friendly, easygoing couple hoping to find a wonderful new home base in the South Bay or nearby mountains/coast — anywhere within about an hour of San Jose works for us (Santa Cruz County, the Santa Cruz Mountains, Los Gatos all welcome!).
A little about us: I’m a medical oncologist and my partner works at Tesla — we’re stable, easy to verify, and genuinely appreciate a well-cared-for home. We’re planning a move to Texas in fall 2027, so we’re looking for a clean 12-month lease starting around September 1.
What we bring:
• Strong income + excellent credit, happy to provide documentation

• Quiet, tidy, respectful — no parties, no smoking, no drama
• Renters insurance incl. pet liability
• Ready to sign a full year lease + deposit
Our pets: One sweet, well-trained Labradoodle and two mellow indoor cats — all house-trained and gentle with property. Happy to meet in person, share references, or pay a pet deposit!
What we’re hoping to find:
A private entrance, a peaceful spot, parking, and a little outdoor space — even just a patio or deck — where we can keep our container garden of exotic fruit trees and flowers. We love gardening and are always happy to help tend a yard if that’s useful to you too.
