We're expanding our network of residential service contractors and are looking for experienced property preservation vendors, independent operators, and small crews interested in additional work opportunities throughout the Pittsburgh area.
If you're already familiar with work orders, defined scopes of work, before-and-after photos, completion deadlines, and working independently, this may be a good fit.
Our projects focus on residential property maintenance, cleanup, repairs, and preparation for sale. Assignments may involve vacant properties, owner-occupied homes, or tenant-occupied residences.
TYPES OF WORK MAY INCLUDE:
- Property cleanup and debris removal
- Lawn maintenance and exterior grounds cleanup
- Pressure washing and seasonal maintenance
- Interior cleaning and property preparation
- Minor repairs and maintenance punch lists
- Lock changes and property securing
- Cosmetic improvements and make-ready services
- Deck maintenance and curb appeal improvements
- Other approved residential service assignments
Qualified specialty contractors are also encouraged to respond.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Established property preservation vendors and experienced subcontractors
- Independent contractors and small crews
- Experience following work orders and detailed scopes of work
- Ability to provide clear before-and-after photos
- Reliable scheduling, communication, and completion documentation
- Appropriate tools, transportation, insurance, and licensing for the work performed
- Professional conduct when working around homeowners, tenants, and personal property
Experience with property preservation companies, asset managers, inspection platforms, or other work-order-based systems is strongly preferred.
