**Hiring Sushi Helper – Chubby Nori (Philadelphia Chinatown)**
Chubby Nori is hiring a reliable Sushi Helper to join our kitchen team. No experience is required—we’re happy to train someone who is eager to learn.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist sushi chefs with food preparation, sushi assembly, and plating.
- Prepare rice, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.
- Keep workstations and kitchen tools clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Help with restocking and opening and closing duties.
**Requirements**
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Sushi or kitchen experience is a plus.
**Pay**
- **No experience:** $12–$16 per hour, starting at $12.
- **With relevant experience:** $14–$18 per hour, with starting pay based on experience and skill level.
