Firsthand Supply is a leading manufacturer and Brand of high-quality Hair and Body products. We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Production Technician to join our growing team and help create top-tier beauty products.
Job Title:
Production Batch Technician Lead
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and precisely weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients using directions specific to batch formulas
- Preparing ingredients with detailed instructions
- Preparing packaging for filling
- Preparing, using, maintaining, and cleaning prepping, blending, and filling utensils and machinery
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in inventory control and material handling as needed

- Will show up on time & ready to start, consistently.
- Takes pride and ownership in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Understands that accuracy and timing are equally important to product quality.
- Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Is committed to keeping equipment and work areas thoroughly cleaned and prepared for every batch.
- Values consistency and understands that every batch must meet the same high standard.
- Success in this role comes from precision, consistency, and accountability.
- Every batch must be produced exactly according to the approved formula, following each step in the correct order and within the required production timeline.

- Ability to follow detailed batch sheets and work with precision
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
