The inner sound hole tag is missing , and I am not sure of the exact model.
Made in: Brazil
Era: Most likely late 1960s to mid-1970s, with my best guess being 1970-1974.
Classical nylon-string guitar
Slotted Brazilian-style headstock
Cedar or spruce top
Brazilian rosewood or rosewood-veneer back and sides (the grain is beautiful)
Features that stand out
The back is especially interesting.
The dramatic "cat's eye" figuring is very typical of Brazilian rosewood veneer used by Giannini during the early 1970s. Many people mistake these for solid rosewood because they look spectacular. Some higher-end Gianninis were solid, but most exported instruments were laminated back and sides.

Those features put it above Giannini's cheapest student models.
What model?
Without the label it's impossible to say definitively, but I do not think it's one of the inexpensive Model 4 or Model 6 guitars.
