VinoVero, a modern Italian wine bar and restaurant in Los Gatos, is looking for a talented and reliable Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our team.
We are seeking someone with professional kitchen experience who takes pride in quality, organization, and consistency. The right person will enjoy working with fresh ingredients, Italian-inspired cuisine, and a small, dedicated team.
Position: Full-Time Line Cook / Sous Chef
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday
Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and executing menu items with consistency
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting daily kitchen operations
• Working efficiently during service
