Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction, demolition, and restoration work.
- Prepare work areas, tools, and materials for daily projects.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around job sites.
- Remove construction debris and assist with site cleanup.
- Assist with drywall, flooring, and general repair tasks.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various construction activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow supervisor instructions and established job-site safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous construction, demolition, or restoration experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with others.
- Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and take direction.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule
Anticipated schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Weekly schedule/hours may vary by project.
Pay Rate
$16.90–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
