OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced CDL Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a CDL truck for the company and transporting materials local job sites. This position requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be reliable and safety-minded, and will be able to work flexible hours and be home daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience required, 2 years related work experience
Current CDL Class A
Clean driving record
Current Medical card and drug test required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operates truck in a safe and professional manner while complying with
safety standards including all state and federal regulations.
• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections with appropriate documentation in
compliance with DOT guidelines.
• Punctual and prepared to load at the assigned scheduled time at all times.
• Effectively communicates with dispatch department
• Performs preventive maintenance such as regularly checking air pressure in
tires, checks fluid levels including oil, hydraulic, coolant and fuel. Performs
minor repairs to truck as needed; refers major issues to supervisor. Maintain
appearance of truck.
• Maintain professional attitude with all internal and external customers and
peers both in person and on radio communications while providing excellent
customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
JOB TYPE:
Local Year-Round work
40+ hours weekly
Weekly pay Trucks Average $1,400 - $1,700 take home pay weekly
Excellent Pay you get 25% of trucks income
