Jimmy John’s in Oxnard is looking for an energetic, dependable Manager who can help lead the team during nights and weekends.
Starting Pay: $21/hour + Tips
We’re looking for someone who can bring good energy to the shift, keep the team moving, take care of our customers, and make sure the store is running the way it should.
You might be a great fit if you:
Are available nights and weekends
Like working with people and being part of a team
Can stay calm and organized when things get busy
Are dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Have a positive attitude and aren’t afraid to jump in
Enjoy leading, coaching, and motivating others
Have restaurant or management experience — preferred, but we’re willing to talk to the right person
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running shifts and leading the crew
Keeping service Freaky Fast® and friendly
Making sure customers leave happy
Helping train and develop team members
Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
Managing labor and keeping the shift productive
Handling opening/closing duties
Making sandwiches and jumping in wherever the team needs you
