Open Positions:
Bar Managers: Lead daily floor and bar operations, manage inventory and beverage costs, mentor staff, and drive an elevated guest experience.
Bartenders: Execute high-volume service with precision, speed, and deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail technique.
Servers: Deliver warm, attentive, and seamless table service in a vibrant, fast-moving dining room.
What We Look For:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in high-volume, cocktail-centric bars or fast-paced dining.
Craft & Passion: Strong understanding of spirits, classic cocktail builds, wine, and food pairing.
Work Ethic: Calm under pressure, team-oriented mindset, and sharp attention to detail.
Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
