Job Responsibilities:
• Basic knife handling skills & food knowledge
• Assist in preparing daily food items quickly & efficiently
• Follow & complete all items required on the daily prep list
• Breakdown of station, label & store food in accordance with procedures at the end of shift
• Help maintain an orderly clean kitchen & follow all sanitation requirements before shift ends
Job Qualifications:
Ability to complete duties in a fast-paced kitchen
• Understand basic knife handling skills as well as other heavy duty restaurant equipment
• 1+ year of Restaurant Experience
• Great Attention to Detail
• Great communication skills
• Team Player
