I have a 5 bedroom house that I rent on Airbnb in the summer. I visit Newberg a couple nights a month in the winter and am looking to rent 1-4 of the bedrooms by the week or month from Dec-April. Rent a room for part or all of that time. It is fully furnished with (3) rooms with King beds and (2) rooms with twins. Very large bedrooms. It is walking distance to downtown (5 min) and George Fox (11 min) Large bedrooms and full bath. Occupants will have full use of the house and yard. Off street parking. Pics of the rest of the house available. Dogs ok, sorry no cats. Prices vary by room. Security deposit required.
