Operations & Financial Analyst — Real Estate Portfolio
1. Overview
We are hiring a full-time analyst to support the CEO in improving the financial and operational performance of five properties.
Responsibilities include:
• Review property income, expenses, invoices, budgets and financial variances
• Identify inefficiencies and help improve the profitability of each property
• Prioritize, manage and complete projects involving insurance, staffing, vendors and cost reduction
• Analyze solar, HVAC, utility and other energy data to identify problems and reduce costs
• Investigate problems, recommend practical solutions and follow through until completion
• Coordinate with accounting professionals, coworkers, tenants, contractors and field personnel
• Perform routine administrative and other operational responsibilities as needed
2. Primary Job Requirements and Skills
• Three or more years of relevant experience strongly preferred; however, we will consider an exceptional recent college graduate with strong analytical, practical and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial analysis
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
• Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
• Strong quantitative, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and follow through
3. Additional Job Requirements
• Strong practical problem-solving ability and willingness to be hands-on
• Honesty, maturity, reliability, sound judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, inspect equipment areas, work outdoors and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong professional references required before hire
4. Compensation and Benefits
• $26–$35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
• 401(k) with employer match

• Reimbursement for approved business mileage
5. Full-Time, In-Office Employment
• This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mountain View (it is not a remote position)
• Normal hours are 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour unpaid meal period
• This is primarily an analytical and operations role, but regular property visits work are required
• You will work directly with the CEO while independently managing assigned projects and deadlines
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Employment is subject to a satisfactory background check and may include drug screening
