I need help snaking my sewer line and a slow toilet (mountain view)

I have a clog which I have opened with a snake in the past. This time my snake has a couple of kinks and I cannot get it open. I need someone who owns their own electric powered snake. The clean out is under the house and there is room to stand and sit. Do not have to crawl on all fours or anything like that. You might have to crouch a bit to get to it but there is ample room to work after that.
In addition I have a toilet that has a slow drain and gets clogged very easily. Need to remove it snake it and install it back.
I am in Los Altos Hill.
