The available room is a large unfurnished bedroom (15’4” x 13’8”) with a private attached bathroom and walk-in closet (5’ x 9’10”). Rent is $2,200/month plus utilities (~$200/month/person including internet) and biweekly cleaning for common areas ($120/month/person). Security deposit is $1,333.33.
Current housemates are a lawyer who enjoys D&D, anime, scuba diving, and biking, and a biomedical engineer who enjoys running, hiking, and arts & crafts.
The single-story 1,600 sq ft home is otherwise furnished and includes in-unit laundry, central AC/heating, driveway parking, garage storage, and ample guest street parking. There’s also a small backyard with gardening space. The house is a 5–10 minute walk to Safeway and a 12-minute bike ride to downtown Mountain View.
The room will be available on September 1st 2026, for a 12-month lease. We’re excited to welcome someone who values communication, thoughtfulness, and cleanliness in shared space.
