Driven Attorney Wanted — Elder Abuse & Death | Agency and Court Advocacy
We are seeking a tenacious, resourceful attorney for a California legal project involving alleged criminal elder abuse and potential homicide. The objective is to advance the matter toward criminal investigation and prosecutorial review, with counsel leading legal strategy, agency engagement, and appropriate court proceedings.
Civil litigation is underway. Extensive medical records, correspondence, video evidence, and a detailed chronology have been assembled. Document organization and back-office preparation are being handled, allowing counsel to concentrate on legal judgment, representation, and advocacy.
This is an extensively documented elder-abuse and death matter with a substantial evidentiary foundation for pursuing criminal investigation and prosecutorial review. The assembled materials identify interference with essential care, warnings of serious danger, and documented injuries, supported by detailed analysis addressing causation and acceleration of death. The opportunity is to take a leading legal role in advancing a serious, evidence-supported case.
THE ROLE
• Develop and lead a focused legal strategy.
• Arrange and conduct substantive meetings with investigators, prosecutors, and relevant agencies.
• Present the evidence and legal issues persuasively, address questions, and pursue substantive follow-up.
• Advise on and handle appropriate filings, hearings, and court appearances within the agreed scope.
• Identify legal obstacles, recommend practical next steps, and carry agreed tasks through to completion.
