The number 50 is my favorite number! I have to tell you, I'm one of the most diverse guys on the planet — I've owned 50 cars, owned 50 guitars, lived in 50 locales, had 50 creditors, worked at 50 jobs, and dated 50 women!
Yes, I'm still here, still lookin' for the right place, right price, right location (final, retirement spot). Have been in my present place for over 6 years. My current area has many pluses, but several, personal factors are in play, and I need to go elsewhere. No pressure or timeline involved, but it's time to depart.
Retired jack-of-all-trades, safe and sane, self-proclaimed minimalist. no drugs, no loud music, no tattoos, no junk cars or aquatic buoys or boats to park in your driveway, no wild and wicked women in the jacuzzi (unless you were to invite them, which would be just fine, of course).

I'm flexible regarding the rental's exact location, but my preference is an abode without iron bars covering the windows.
