Industrial Welding Solutions is an established structural steel and architectural metals contractor serving the Bay Area since 2016.

We are looking to add two skilled, motivated individuals to our growing team. We specialize in commercial and high-end residential projects throughout the Bay Area, with a focus on quality workmanship, professionalism, and safety.

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR TWO POSITIONS:

POSITION 1 – JOURNEYMAN WELDER

Field Installation & Structural Steel

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Welder with a strong background in structural steel and architectural metal fabrication and installation.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Experience in structural steel erection and architectural metals
• Proficient in MIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Experience with field layout, fitting, fabrication, and installation
• Familiarity with stairs, railings, miscellaneous metals, and structural framing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and construction practices
• Welding certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Prior field experience in structural steel construction is strongly preferred.

POSITION 2 – SHOP WELDER

Structural Steel & Architectural Metal Fabrication

We are seeking a Shop Welder to assist with fabrication of structural steel and custom architectural metal projects at our Morgan Hill facility.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Experience with MIG and FCAW welding processes
• Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication details
• Experience with measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling steel components
• Familiarity with common fabrication tools and equipment
• Ability to maintain quality and accuracy during fabrication
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Welding certifications preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

We are open to applicants with varying levels of experience who demonstrate strong welding fundamentals and a willingness to develop their skills.
