Job Responsibilities:
Customer contact and customer service
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to auto collision services.
Utilize strong communication skills to engage with clients via phone and in-person, ensuring a positive experience.
Enter and manage customer data accurately in the system, maintaining organized records.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes.
Handle cash transactions and perform outbound calls as needed, demonstrating effective phone etiquette

Digital and written customer communications
File management
Data Input
Respond to website inquiries
