It's a Great location with easy access to 680, 280, and 237. 4 min drive to Safeway, 24hr fitness, IHOP. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful parks and hikes nearby in Milpitas.
The rent for the cottage outside is $975 with all utilities split equally among the tenants. There is Cable, Netflix account, fast internet (wifi), etc. etc. The room is for single occupancy only, Please NO couples or roommates. The bath is shared.
The deposit for the cottage outside is $1,075 which ai can help with payments over 4 months if need be.

There is presently a very chill, small dog at the house now and might allow another, depending on the size and bread.
This is a very cool living environment with other professionals and ALL have access to the entire house, family room, living room, dining room, laundry, and KITCHEN. There are several refrigerators, cabinet space for each. We have a professional cleaner come in monthly to keep the place tidy. A must see! I am looking for the right person to be apart of the household.
