Happy Wok is looking for a friendly, reliable, and responsible Cashier / Server to join our team. This position includes front counter duties, takeout order handling, and table service for dine-in customers.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Take phone, takeout, and dine-in orders accurately
Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card payments
Pack and organize takeout orders
Provide table service to dine-in customers, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on guests
Clear and clean tables after customers leave
Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
Qualifications
Good English communication skills; must be comfortable taking phone orders and communicating with customers
Friendly, responsible, and dependable
Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Previous restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
