As a Server/Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your main responsibility is delivering exceptional service with a friendly, professional attitude while ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. You will work directly with guests to take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, organized working area. Whether you’re greeting guests or making recommendations, your role is key to making every meal special.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, provide menu suggestions, and answer any questions about our offerings.
Menu Expertise: Stay informed about our menu, daily specials, and ingredients to give guests knowledgeable recommendations.
Order Delivery: Serve food and drinks in a timely, efficient, and visually appealing manner.
Customer Service: Ensure that guests have a great dining experience by addressing their needs, solving any issues that arise, and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers/bartenders to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Handling Payments: Process customer payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash, credit, and tips.
Team Support: Assist fellow team members during busy shifts to keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality are a must!
Located near Medford, MA without the need for relocation.
Ability to move around and stand for 6+ hours for a shift.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Willingness to grow and learn.
Previous server/bartending or restaurant experience is a required.
