One bedroom available ($1200) in a house with two existing housemates. One housemate is a 40yo man with a 10yo son that sometimes visits on the weekends. The other is a 26yo man. They are both great guys who are clean, friendly, and laid back. They are both working professionals. The house has a nice front porch, comfy back yard, and detached garage for storage. I lived there until recently and moved for work.
