Looking for a resourceful plumber or hot tub repair technician who can help get a Hot Spring hot tub back up and running.
The tub has a small, simple leak. It is NOT a motor, pump, or major mechanical issue. The challenge is accessing the plumbing because this particular Hot Spring model doesn’t have removable access panels.
I’m looking for someone who can:
* Research the specific Hot Spring model and locate the original plumbing diagrams so we know exactly what’s behind the panel.
* Carefully cut an access opening in the back without damaging any structural or critical components.
* Locate and repair the leak.
* Make a makeshift but functional, removable access panel that can be opened again for future maintenance.
* Make the panel secure and properly sealed so mice and other critters can’t get inside.
I’m not looking for someone to tear apart the entire hot tub or charge me for a major overhaul. This should be a relatively straightforward repair for someone who knows plumbing and isn’t afraid to think outside the box.
Ideally, you’re mechanically inclined, resourceful, and good at coming up with practical solutions.
