I'm only responding to emails that have a phone number , because of all the trolls on craigslist.
If your serious about creating and playing the following music style, send a phone number and I'll text you to start a serious conversation.
I'm a drummer with many years of experience looking for an opportunity to work with other musicians that would be interested in doing something different than cover songs.
Original music such as,
Symphonic Metal
Violin, Piano, Cello Metal, with heavy guitar and bass lines, instrumentals or with vocals.
This isn't typical metal with growling vocals and constant double bass drums and breakdowns , this is written on a scale like symphonic music.
This is something that is outside the norm for Ohio bands and would be interesting to explore.
If you have the desire to try something different in the form of music I'd like to hear from you , whether your young or old. You need to have a creative mind .
Any age over 21 with an interest in taking your talent to the next level. Older experienced
musicians without self- inflated attitude are incouriged.
Be advised that I'm an older mature individual with a young creative mind that has been playing music for better than forty years .
Contact through craigslist first and then we can meet up to discuss our directions . I'm not looking for endless email's or text messaging, I'm only interested in meeting up for coffee or a beer and having an intelligent and meaningful conversation about playing music.
If your only thinking about playing this style of music and if you're not gung-ho and are not totally serious or if watching the game instead of getting together with the other musicians is more important then I'm not your guy .
This is a work in progress and finding like minded musicians is going to take some time, I'm not looking for a thrown together band situation, this music is like Beethoven on Steroids.
