Amisto is a modern Mexican restaurant opening this October in downtown Madison. From the team behind RED, Jacknife, and Public Parking, we're building a restaurant focused on great food, genuine hospitality, and an exceptional team.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking Dishwashers who take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Your role is essential to every successful service.
What You'll Do
*Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
*Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked
*Put away clean dishes and supplies
*Assist with trash, recycling, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
*Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
*Help the kitchen team as needed
*Complete opening and closing cleaning duties
What We're Looking For

*Organized and detail-oriented

*Willing to learn and grow
*Preferred Qualifications
*Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred
*High-volume kitchen experience is a plus
