Job Summary:
Barako Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and responsible caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to elderly individuals and adults with disabilities. Caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
. Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities as authorized.
. Provide companionship and emotional support.
. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
. Support mobility, transfers, and other approved daily activities.
. Follow individualized service plans and agency policies.
. Maintain client privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
. Report changes in clients’ conditions and document services provided.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Must meet applicable Wisconsin caregiver background-check, training, and other employment requirements.
- Reliable transportation may be required, depending on the assignment.
The following shifts needs to be filled urgently:
Client D - Monday to Friday 9am-2pm
Client R - Tuesday and Saturday 10am-2pm
Client P - Sunday 4pm-12am
Client Rl- Mon, Wed & Fri 10am-4pm
Client Di- Sun: 11am-7pm, Mon & Tues 7:30am-5:30pm
