8-10 buildings, 40 or so Commercial tenants. Wages based on experience.

Attention to detail.
Vendor management, lawn, snow, repair trades, plumbers, electricians
Reporting
Subcontractor management
Consistent reviewing of grounds and areas
Budgets
Customer Service
Contract Management: Mowing/Lawn, Snow, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and general inspections.
