PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Solar Installers for a large-scale ground-mount solar construction project.
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking construction professionals who are comfortable working outdoors, using hand and power tools, and working as part of a production-focused crew.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and assemble ground-mount solar racking systems
Assemble and install solar panels/modules according to project specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with material handling, staging, and jobsite layout
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all site safety requirements and PPE guidelines
Work efficiently with the crew to meet daily production goals
Perform other general construction duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous construction, solar installation, or related trade experience preferred
OSHA-10 certification required
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials as needed
Reliable transportation to the project site
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team
